Areas of Interest
Areas of Interest
Clinical Interest for Patients
I take a special interest in helping individuals with inflammatory bowel disease, reflux, esophagitis, aerodigestive disorders, failure to thrive, and children that need endoscopic procedures performed.
My work in bioethics tries to improve the interaction and dialogue between doctors and their families so that the alliance between them is stronger.
Care Philosophy
I believe in providing care for children and their families in an informative and collaborative method. I strive to bring a healing sense of humor and fun to the practice of pediatric gastroenterology.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Dr J enjoys jogging with his family, making barbecue for the family, computer programming, and playing basketball. When relaxing he is an avid fan of watching baseball and basketball. He also enjoys the sounds of nature while fishing out in the country and on the ocean.
Volunteer Activities
I am dedicated to providing healthcare to children in various environments. I volunteer at overnight summer camps and teach bioethics to the community.
