My research interests include: 1) pharmacologic interventions to slow the progression of renal and cardiovascular disease in children and young adults with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease; 2) novel pharmacologic treatment of patients with congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus; and 3) mechanisms of regulation of water and ion transport in health and disease.
