Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., by appointment

The clinic is located in north Pueblo off of I-25. 

• Take exit 101 west to Canon City. 
• At the first intersection, travel north on Elizabeth Street to Fortino Boulevard and turn left. 
• We are the third building on the left. 
• Look for Children's Hospital Colorado "Balloon Boy" logo above our front door.
