It's Here! A New Website for Families, Providers and the Community

At Children's Hospital Colorado, our goal is to always be the first place you think of for pediatric information and care. That's why we launched a new website – – with updated content, improved navigation and fresh design.

More ways to find a physician
Find a Doctor appears on the quick links menu on the right hand side of every page.  You can search for doctors by name, condition, specialty and location. You can also use the search box in the upper right hand corner of every page, which allows you to narrow results by doctors.

Go-to resource for checking pediatric symptoms

Most parents with a sick child have felt unsure of whether to send the child to school – or the emergency department. Conditions & Symptoms on the menu bar near the top of the home page is the place to check. Also be sure to spread the word about ChildrensMD, our free iPhone app providing free medical advice for parents, as well as our free ParentSmart Health Line.

Find your way around
The new Virtual Tour of Children’s Hospital Colorado on the Anschutz Medical Campus shows floors, parking, maps and directions in clear detail. You can also search all of our Locations by service and city and even request an appointment through the website.

Research a condition
Our pediatric experts have updated the website’s existing clinical content, and created content for 140 new conditions. Conditions & Symptoms on the menu bar near the top of the home page is the place to start, featuring an interactive body map to point to what’s wrong, or you can View All symptoms and conditions in alphabetical order. Departments and Research on the main menu bar are excellent resources, too.

Help parents connect with resources

The new site is chock full of resources just for parents starting with Wellness & Safety on the top main menu bar, which features home health tools, information about growth and development, and what do if a child is sick. Other helpful areas for parents: Parent Resources, Events & Community and Family Services.

Easier online referral tools for providers
The Health Professionals area, near the top of the home page, is referring providers’ one-stop shop for a variety of resources including the online referral form.
