Patient Experience at Children’s Hospital Colorado

It is important to us that every patient and family has an excellent experience at Children's Hospital Colorado. And it is just as important that we ask the right questions to learn more about their experience with us.

It is why we ask parents and patients for specific input on their whole experience here, including: 

  • How easy was it to get an appointment?
  • How did we communicate with your family?
  • Were you comfortable in our hospital?
  • Did you understand the next steps in your child’s care?

Recent Patient Satisfaction Results


Most recently, families rated their experience with Children’s Hospital Colorado as "excellent" or "very good" approximately 93% of the time. Even though we already compare favorably to children's hospitals in the country, our goal is to deliver 100% excellence each and every time we interact with you.

To that end, we have several service-excellence teams that work with our staff to help us deliver outstanding care and service to each patient every day.
