Taking care of a baby is a joy, but it is also hard work. Sometimes babies cry more than we could expect, which can be frustrating to any parent or caregiver. The key is to have a plan in place for what you will do when you become frustrated by a crying baby.

Kohl's Department Stores, Children's Hospital Colorado and The Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect have partnered together to launch The Kohl's Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) Prevention Campaign in Colorado in efforts to educate the community about SBS and reduce the number of SBS incidences.

This video provided by the Kohl’s Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention campaign offers simple plans to help you. Watch and learn strategies on what to do if you become frustrated by a baby crying, as well as techniques that might help you calm a crying baby.
