FREE Bicycle Community Event
Bring your children to practice their bicycle riding on a course designed to teach them key skills. The course is designed for children of all ability levels ages 3 to 12. A separate course will be set up for children learning to ride a bicycle for the first time. Children will also learn important bicycle safety lessons at the event. Bring your child’s bicycle and let them practice their skills on the course.
Do your bicycles have a flat tire? A rusty chain? Bring your family’s bicycles to the event and a bike mechanic will help make minor repairs to your bicycles.
Bikes For Life encourages Colorado youth to develop healthy habits and a lifelong commitment to wellness through bicycling. Please join Children’s Hospital Colorado, Denver Parks and Recreation, The Stapleton Foundation, The Denver Regional Council of Governments, BikeSource, Dong's Cycling Pals, Safe Kids Denver Metro, and UnitedHealthcare in promoting bicycling as a fun & healthy activity for your children!
