Volunteer Fundraising at Children's Hospital Colorado

Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation is focused on fundraising activities for Children's Hospital Colorado, but so are some of our volunteers! The projects below are some of the many ways that our volunteers are involved to help the patients of Children's Hospital Colorado.

Children's Hospital Colorado Gift Shop

Children's Hospital Colorado Gift Shop is staffed by a great group of volunteers, who are more then eager to assist our customers in finding just the right gift. Proceeds from the Gift Shop benefit the kids and families that are served by Children's Hospital Colorado. These proceeds help to fund various projects such as the respite garden, the remodeling of patient areas, transportation grants for handicapped children, new equipment for the Blood Donor Center and more.

La Cache

La Cache is a boutique offering antiques, collectibles and estate-sale-type of items. La Cache is staffed by Children's Hospital Colorado volunteers and all proceeds benefit special needs at Children's Hospital Colorado. La Cache is located at 400 Downing Street and phone is 303-871-9605.

Holiday Cards

Each year, the Cancer Center Chapter of the Association of Volunteers holds an art contest for current and former cancer patients. A panel of judges chooses about a half-dozen artists' work to become that season's holiday cards. Each selected artists receives a cash prize and a plaque. Sale proceeds go back to helping the needs of oncology patients. Learn more about the Holiday Card Project.
