Decision May Undermine Years of Vaccine Progress

A study by Children's Hospital Colorado was referenced in an editorial on child vaccines. For years many people have speculated that childhood vaccinations could potentially cause autism-like symptoms and a recent decision by the vaccine court has ruled in favor of the anti-vaccination contingent. The study by TCH estimates that there would be more than 70,000 cases of really serious illnesses in Colorado if children weren't inoculated. These serious illnesses include polio, tetanus, measles, mumps, and diphtheria.
