Heart Patient Gets Gift of Health
Jovaughn Jones, a Children’s heart transplant patient and football player at Gateway High School , was featured on CBS-4 on July 17. A family friend nominated Jovaughn as a recipient of a “pay it forward” so he could receive a treadmill to help keep him in shape. CBS-4 filmed Jovaughn in the Heart Institute during his exercise therapy and clinic follow-up visit. See the story.
