Girl, 13, has heart attacks in France

13-year-old Katarina Hartzer suffered two heart attacks while visiting the French Riviera on a school trip. Katarina was diagnosed with myocarditis and implanted with a ventricular assist device made by Berlin Heart. With the help of TCH heart surgeon Francois Lacour-Gayet and CICU nurses, Katarina was then transported in an air ambulance to Children's where she eventually received a heart transplant.
