Kempe Center Recognized in The Denver Post

The Kempe Center, a partner of Children's Hospital Colorado, was started in 1972 to help treat young and innocent victims of abuse and neglect. The Denver Post recently highlighted the Kempe Center in an article, mentioning that the Center is applying for funding from this year's Season to Share campaign - a McCormick Foundation Fund that gives money to charities that help low-income children. If Kempe receives a Season to Share grant, the money will be used for its preschool program for 3 to 6-year-olds traumatized by abuse and neglect.
