Dr. Deborah Hayes, Kelley Family/Schlessman Family Scottish Rite Masons Chair in Childhood Language Disorders at Children's Hospital Colorado, help lead a “Lunch and Learn” at Sterling Regional MedCenter to inform people about what the Scottish Rite Foundation and the RiteCare Childhood Language Program are doing to give children with language disorders hope.
The foundation's mission is to enhance the quality of life for Colorado’s children by supporting high quality, collaborative programs for the prevention and treatment of childhood language disorders.
Dr. Hayes spoke with The Sterling Journal-Advocate in an article about the foundation and talked about what childhood language disorders are and how they’re treated.
