"Miles for Miracles Torch Relay" Raises $15,000 for Children's

Over 300 people came out to support The Children's Miracle Network's "Miles for Miracles Torch Relay" that raised $15,000 for Children's Hospital Colorado.
The 5K walk/run was hosted by The Denver Marriott Tech Center and was a first-ever Denver stop for The Children’s Miracle Network Torch Relay. The Children's Miracle Network is organizing similar events all over the nation. The relay began in Orlando and ends back in Florida later this month. All the money goes to Children's Miracle Network hospitals in the cities that take part.
Since 2005, the nationwide torch relay of athletic events has raised more than $5 million.
