Kids and Cholesterol - A Reassuring Study Led by Children's Own Dr. Daniels

A new study led by Children's Hospital Colorado physician, Dr. Stephen Daniels, pediatrician-in-chief, concluded that less than one percent of American teens are likely to need cholesterol drugs - a reassuring discovery in the topic of childhood obesity. There was concern that as childhood obesity levels increased, so would cholesterol levels, which does not seem to be the case according to the study.
