Perinatal Mood Concerns for Pediatric Providers and Children's Hospitals

Participants will be able to describe the clinical presentation of perinatal mood disorders, describe its impact on child and family development, understand research addressing its biologic underpinnings, and understand the importance of screening for detection and referral in a new system of care being built in Colorado for women and families. Implications for the New Fetal-Maternal Health Program will also be discussed.
