Grand Rounds
Pediatric Grand Rounds
Pediatric Grand Rounds are held every Friday, September – June. One-hour presentations begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. and are held on the second-floor conference center of Children's Hospital Colorado. We also provide grand rounds online.
Pediatric Grand Rounds are provided by The Department of Pediatrics of the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Children's Hospital Colorado. Pediatric Grand Rounds are free and open to the public. Lunch is provided for a nominal fee.
Please note: Pediatric Grand Rounds are not held over the summer months of June, July or August.
The global objectives of this series are:
- Describe the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical presentation of pediatric diseases and research/advances in clinical management.
- Identify applications of basic research to clinical practice.
- Review principles and strategies related to illness prevention and health promotion in the care of children.
