Sarah Thorne joined the Physician Relations team in July 2009 as the Program Assistant. She has since moved into the Physician Relations Representative role, serving as the liaison to pediatricians and family practitioners in the central and west Denver-metro area and the western slope of Colorado. Internally, Sarah liaisons with the Heart Institute, Neurosciences and Rehabilitation and Therapy, and Children's Network of Care locations and hospitals in central and west Denver .

Sarah earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree at Metropolitan State College of Denver in Health Care Management and brings five years of health care experience to the team.

Before Sarah joined the Children's team, she served as a sales representative and consultant for Long Term Care pharmacies over a 10-state territory, as well as a Continued Medical Education (CME) Coordinator of a local adult hospital.

In her spare time, Sarah and her husband, Nick, enjoy attending professional sporting events, especially Colorado Rockies games. She stays active by golfing, running and snowboarding as often as she can.
