As part of the Anschutz Medical Campus, Children’s is located on one million square feet of research space and is part of one of the largest healthcare research complexes in the world. In 2008, Children’s was one of the top six pediatric hospitals in the nation in dollars received from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
