We are here to help

Thank you for choosing Children's Hospital Colorado for the care of your child. Everyone at Children's Hospital Colorado wants you to be pleased with the care that we give your child. We also want your stay to be as pleasant as possible.

We have Patient Representatives who work on behalf of patients and act as a go-between for families and hospital staff. If you have an issue or concern about your child’s care, please tell a member of the staff. If they cannot resolve the issue, please call a Patient Representative.

Patient Representatives visit with as many families as they can each day. If you have not met one and would like to, please call 720-777-1010. They are here to help you. The Patient Relations department is open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
