We currently plan to hire more than 200 team members to support our new hospital and growing presence in Colorado Springs.

All positions that are posted will indicate an anticipated start month leading up to the hospital opening. If the posting does not have one, we are looking to fill that role immediately.

We currently have more than 650 team members, 50 pediatric providers, 40 specialties and eight multidisciplinary clinics. Our team members work at four locations in southern Colorado.

These team members support our outpatient specialty care, urgent care and therapy care locations and provide the pediatric expertise for the inpatient Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and general medical surgical pediatric units at Memorial Hospital Central.

The new Children's Colorado, Colorado Springs will be the first pediatric-only hospital in the southern region of Colorado. Once completed, it will be the most comprehensive children's hospital in the region. It will include the region's only emergency department and operating rooms built exclusively for kids and served by pediatric experts who have dedicated their lives to treating kids and only kids.

  • Emergency department: 33 exam rooms, 6 behavioral health rooms
  • Surgery: 8 operating rooms, 33 private recovery rooms, 5 extended stay rooms
  • Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders: 8 private infusion rooms, 4 infusion bays, 6 exam rooms
  • Hospital beds: 50 NICU beds, 16 PICU beds, 37 medical-surgical beds
  • Sleep center: 3 sleep study rooms, dedicated space for epilepsy monitoring unit (EMU), electroencephalogram (EEG)
  • Imaging: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), plain film imaging, ultrasound, fluoroscopy
