Connor and Aidan Tschirhart, 1-year-old fraternal twin boys, were both born with bilateral clubfeet and underwent corrective surgery at four months old. Kathy Walsh, CBS4 health specialist, met the boys and their parents, Chris and Sandra, to hear their incredible story, and to talk to Dr. Gaia Georgopoulos, lead clinician of the Clubfoot Program at Children’s Colorado and the surgeon who operated on the twins.

Clubfoot is common and easily treatable

Clubfoot is a deformity of the foot and occurs in 1 in every 1,000 births. Clubfoot can run in families and multiple family members can be affected. The Clubfoot Program at Children's Colorado is the regional leader in caring and treating the deformity.
