Bob Flory Honored with National Award in Pediatric Chaplaincy

Children’s Hospital Colorado proudly announces that Bob Flory, director of Spiritual Care, was presented with the Ann Miller Award for Excellence and Innovation in Pediatric Chaplaincy.
 
The national award is given by the Pediatric Chaplains Network, and honors pediatric chaplains whose dedication, hard work and wisdom go above and beyond in serving their communities and bettering the lives of those in need.

Bob provides a caring presence for patients and families

Bob has led the Children’s Colorado Spiritual Care department since 1997, ensuring that our chaplains and music practitioners provide a caring presence around the clock for our patients, families and staff in need. He was a founding member of the 20-year-old Pediatric Chaplains Network and served as president from 2009 to 2011. He also served on the Advisory Council from 1995 to 2013.
