Holiday card
Holiday card "Oh Deer" was designed by 15-year-old Lizzie Lawton, who is currently in remission from Ewing's sarcoma.

Are you looking for a way to spread holiday cheer even further this year? You’re in luck. Thanks to artistic patients in our Oncology Program at Children’s Hospital Colorado, you can purchase beautiful, hand-designed holiday cards that benefit kids in the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.

Meet the artists

Each year, patients from the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) craft holiday designs, and the winning designs are transformed into holiday cards and sold during the holiday season through January. In addition to winning the holiday card contest, the artists received a cash award and a special plaque from the Holiday Card Project. Meet this year’s award-winning artists.

Make an impact

Proceeds from the sale of greeting cards help to fund a range of services in CCBD. This project has raised more than $1 million and all has been donated to the CCBD. Proceeds help to fund wigs and medical bracelets and improve the quality of services in Oncology and Hematology patient care.

How to purchase holiday cards

The holiday cards and holiday tins can be purchased online, in the hospital Gift Shop at 13123 E. Colfax Ave., by calling 720-777-6286/ 800-624-6553 ext. 6286, or at St. Nick's Christmas Store at 5221 S. Santa Fe Dr., Littleton, CO.
