Children’s Hospital Colorado Supports Statewide Face Cover Mandate

Children's Hospital Colorado | July 17, 2020

Children’s Colorado supports Governor Polis’s announcement of a statewide face cover mandate. The evidence is clear that masks help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This allows for greater economic and social activity, including the safe reopening of schools — all of which help kids and families in Colorado.

“At Children’s Hospital Colorado the health and safety of our patients, families and team members is our top priority,” said Heidi Baskfield, Vice President of Population Health and Advocacy. “We believe this mandate is a step in the right direction for patients and their families during this ongoing pandemic.”
