You can use a glycerin suppository to help treat constipation.

It is a gentle stimulant laxative. It stimulates the rectum lining. This helps you have a bowel movement.

Dose:

  • Glycerin Suppository: Peel open plastic. Push suppository into the rectum. Use only once a day.

Extra Notes and Warnings:

  • This is an over-the-counter (OTC) drug. You can buy it at the drugstore.
  • Do not use for more than 1 week without talking to your doctor.
