Send a Gratitude Gram

Thank you, frontline workers

Send a personal thank you note to our doctors, nurses and many team members on the front lines! Choose your favorite gratitude gram below that you'd like to personalize and send to our team. Then, if it meets the guidelines below, we’ll print and display your card in a common area for our healthcare heroes to see.

Guidelines:

  • You can select a location or route your message to all team members at Children’s Colorado.
  • Cards with personal health information such as full name, diagnosis or other unique identifiers cannot be shared; please do not include details that could identify you, your child or another patient personally.
  • Our team will do their best to print and display your card within 1 to 2 business days. We will not be able to confirm the placement of individual cards.
  • Any messages deemed inappropriate will not be shared with frontline healthcare workers.
