How to Connect with Your Kids

Almost by definition, parents are busy people. And in the day-to-day grind of work and school, obligations and schedules, it’s easy to let those simple moments of parent-child connection — you know, the ones you probably imagined before you had kids — get lost in the mix.

So, how do you make time for connecting with your children in a busy world? We asked Jason Williams, PsyD, a mental health expert in the Pediatric Mental Health Institute at Children’s Hospital Colorado, for some ideas.
