Who we treat at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders

Our team of specialists work collaboratively to treat a wide range of cancers and non-malignant blood disorders including solid tumors, leukemia and Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, brain tumors, hemophilia and sickle cell anemia, immunodeficiencies and other metabolic conditions. Our pediatric experts treat infants through adolescents, and also specialize in treating young adults from ages 16 through 25.

This age range is key, as studies have shown that children with cancer who are treated in a pediatric or adolescent setting have better outcomes than those treated in an adult setting.

Every aspect of our care is tailored to kids, teens and young adults to support their unique physical and emotional needs. Many of our treatments and technologies are designed exclusively for pediatric use. And, we have resources available for our patients and their families – including child life specialists, an art therapy program, medical dogs and a wellness team that supports the needs of both our patients and their families.

Cancer and blood disorder care closer to home

Our patients come from throughout the region, country and world for treatment at our state-of-the-art facilities. When possible, we offer care as close to home as possible to make things a little easier for your family.
