My care philosophy

Dr. Zarkowsky believes vascular patient care starts the moment a person calls the University of Colorado vascular surgery office for an appointment, continues to the operating room or interventional suite as needed and extends over a lifetime. He firmly believes that vascular disease is best-managed with open communication between patient and doctor, and encourages calls, emails and texts with questions about vascular care - including medicines, procedures and post-operative care - as well as any vascular issues he may address for a patient's family members or friends
