Our team provides customized pediatric emergency care training based on your agency or department needs. Whether it’s a 30-minute virtual chat, PALS or NRP course, rotating half-day simulation or a two-day conference, our team will work with you to create exactly what your team requires.
We are honored to partner with the Colorado EMS for Children Program to offer simulation-based outreach education to emergency care providers across the state. Thanks to significant financial contributions by the State of Colorado, the Federal EMS for Children program, the R Baby Foundation and Children’s Colorado, this state-of-the-art mobile simulation center utilizing a family of high-fidelity pediatric mannequins is available to support pediatric education.
The simulation laboratory is designed to look and feel like the back of an ambulance and is available with newborn, 1-year-old and 5-year-old simulators. Clinical educators are also available through our partners upon request to assist with direct instruction and management of simulated scenarios. The lab may be requested via the Colorado EMS for Children online training request form. Please allow 60 days of lead time when making a request. If you require additional clinical education faculty, please indicate those needs in the comments section of the form.
