Well-Child Care Toolkit for Pediatric Practices

As part of our ongoing commitment to pediatricians and primary care providers, Children’s Hospital Colorado’s Physician Relations team has compiled communication and marketing materials to support pediatric practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations, these materials reinforce the critical importance of continued well-child care and immunizations and are available to customize for your practice. Our goal is to ensure the health and safety of the more than 2 million children and adolescents in our region.

It's safe to seek care

Some parents are anxious and are unsure if it’s safe to bring their children to the doctor. With a decline in well-care visits, vaccine rates are down across the country. Of course, there are serious risks to delaying preventative care for kids.

We’ve created materials to help spread the word that it is safe to bring children to clinics and hospitals for necessary healthcare services, including well-child care and vaccinations. This content was reviewed by your peers at Children’s Colorado and highlights how it’s safe for families to visit clinics and hospitals to receive care, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This downloadable toolkit includes assets to use on popular communication channels for practices and families, including:

  • A resizable graphic for your website
  • Graphics for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • MyChart image (if a PedsConnect user)
  • Digital flyer to print or email
  • General messages you can personalize, as needed
  • Spanish language materials - new!
