Overview:

Healthy children 3 months to 5 years of age are eligible to participate in a study investigating whether a bacterium that causes pneumonia in children is commonly circulating in healthy children. A urine sample (5 mL) and an optional nasopharyngeal swab (a swab collected through the nose) will be obtained as part of the study. The study participant will be paid a $25 Amazon gift card.
