Thank you for choosing Children's Hospital Colorado. Everyone at Children's Colorado wants you to be pleased with the care that we give your child. We also want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, which is why we offer Patient Advocates as a service to families.
Our Patient Advocates are neutral facilitators and serve as a liaison between patients, their families and hospital staff at Children’s Colorado. If you have an issue or concern about your child's care, please tell a member of the staff. If they cannot resolve the issue, please call a Patient Advocate at 720-777-1010. They are here to help you with any complaints or grievances.
The Patient Relations department is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
