Recipe time: 15-20 minutes for preparation; 1 hour for freezing
After the popsicles are completely frozen—voila! Grab a hold of the sticks and gently pull each one out of the ice cube slots and the treats are ready to be served. You have made a healthy, refreshing alternative to an unnecessary, high calorie after game snack.
