Most people with PCD have symptoms from birth or beginning at a very young age. Symptoms generally affect the sinuses, ears and lungs and include:

  • Chronic nasal congestion
  • Chronic sinus infections
  • Chronic middle ear infections
  • Chronic cough
  • Recurrent pneumonia
  • Runny nose with discharge
