The only people who see this information are registration staff, your care team, administrators for the hospital and quality improvement team members. Because this is part of your medical record, it’s protected health information.

Why do you need this information?

This information helps us better care for you and your family and provide the best experience possible when you need us most. For example, if we learn that your child’s preferred language is not English, we can ensure we have an interpreter on hand. This information also helps us learn more about the community we treat. The information you share is only used within Children's Hospital Colorado to improve the services and programs we offer.
