Directions and parking
KidStreet, Denver is located on the north side of Martin Luther King Boulevard, just west of Colorado Boulevard.
From Colorado Boulevard, turn west onto Martin Luther King Boulevard. Go approximately 0.2 miles, and turn right into the Clayton Family Foundation Campus.
At the circle, follow the road to the west side of the campus and look for the KidStreet cottage.
Overview
Children’s Colorado’s KidStreet, Denver, is uniquely designed to provide daily rehabilitation services for infants and children with complex medical needs. These children receive the skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapy care their medical conditions require while allowing them to engage in developmentally appropriate activities and interact with other similarly aged children.
KidStreet is a multidisciplinary early intervention program designed to maximize the health and development of young children who are dependent on medical technology by promoting independence and fostering peer interactions. It is located in a cottage on the Clayton Foundation Campus, which offers a park-like setting for patients.
Conditions we help treat at KidStreet
KidStreet services include rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy, including therapeutic feeding groups and individualized treatment plans. We also offer a community-based treatment for children with complex medical needs, and an adaptive play environment for kids of all abilities.

How to enroll at KidStreet, Denver
To enroll at KidStreet, your child must meet the following requirements:
- Ages 6 weeks to 3 years old
- Daily nursing need based off referral screening
- Therapy need (occupational or physical therapy, speech therapy, etc.)
- Social need
- Available for Monday through Friday enrollment
Anyone can refer children, including:
- Physicians and clinics inside and outside of Children’s Colorado
- Parents
- “Birth to Three” service providers
