The Compliance and Business Ethics Department works to ensure appropriate business conduct through our organization’s policies and procedures. These rules apply to everyone who works for or with Children’s Colorado, including affiliated partners, consultants and business visitors, such as vendors.

We require everyone who works for or with Children's Colorado to follow the rules and guidelines in our Code of Conduct. These policies are designed to promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Individual responsibility

All team members must take the time to review and understand how the Code of Conduct applies to their roles. Our managers and administrative leaders are available to address any questions or concerns.
