Contact a Patient Advocate
The patient advocacy team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We want you to be pleased with the care your child receives at Children's Colorado, and we want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. That's why we extend the services of our patient advocates as a free service to families.
What is a patient advocate?
Our patient advocates are neutral facilitators who serve as a liaison between patients, their families and hospital staff. We have advocates available for all Children's Colorado locations.
If you have an issue or concern about your child's care, please tell a member of their care team. If they cannot resolve the issue, please call a patient advocate. Our patient advocates are available on weekdays and are here to help you with any complaints or grievances.
